The five guest rooms - Gold Room, Blue Room, Nicholas Buck Room, Attic Suite and Sarah's Room - all have private baths and air conditioning. All of the guest rooms have fireplaces. Sarah's Room is a recent addition designed with handicap accessible doors and bath.

Each common room has a working fireplace. The comfortable game room offers backgammon set, cards and puzzles along with a television. A sitting room with a more formal Colonial style and a large entranceway with ample skylights and windows provide two quiet spaces for reading and after dinner wines.  The breakfast room originally was a 1795 blacksmith shop with a walk-in fireplace and early 19th century Mercer tiles.

When prodded, the innkeepers may share stories of "guests who don't sign the register" befitting an inn with 200 years of history. The inn's friendly ghosts have made appearances to a few guests with paranormal sensitivities. There are reoccurring sightings of a man in a black hat who crosses between a fireplace and a bed, and sometimes moves the pieces on the checkerboard. A woman in a white dress occasionally has visited the attic suite. Now and then small articles are displaced by a boy with a mischievous nature.
